[sap-basis] Reorganization query

Hello Experts,
1)I have reorganized a table using BRSPACE.How can I check in DB whether
its organized or not.
Can I organize more than one table at a time.
2)I am getting an error when I am trying to login in SQLPLUS using username
<SID>ADM and password.
is it necessry to put Host String if yes...what should be host string
Error:
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified.
