Hi. I must confess I'm a total newbie to SAP. I've managed to get NW 7.0.1 Trial installed on a W2K3 server. Have been unable to find an installation guide anywhere so ended up following a Youtube video. There may be some post-installation tasks that I should have performed - not sure. I need to get some transports loaded from another product, and based on other posts here I've done the following:-
Copy K900044.TV1 and K900751.TV1 to c:\SAP\trans\cofiles
Copy R900044.TV1 and R900751.TV1 to c:\SAP\trans\data
I'm not having any joy loading the transports, so maybe I've got the syntax wrong: -

C:\SAP\trans\bin>tp pf=TP_DOMAIN_NSP.PFL addtobuffer TV1K9000044 NSP
sapparam: sapargv( argc, argv) has not been called.
sapparam(1c): No Profile used.
sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline
This is tp version 372.04.29 (release 701)
Addtobuffer failed for TV1K9000044.
Neither datafile nor cofile exist (cofile may also be corrupted).
tp returncode summary:
TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0
ERRORS: Highest tp internal error was: 0247
tp finished with return code: 247
meaning:
addtobuffer has problems with data- and/or cofile
C:\SAP\trans\bin>
Have looked at similar error codes here, but can't seem to get past this issue.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
