Hi Nitu
Obviously I have not communicated clearly.
What I mean is:
a)Configure the dedn period as: start date of entl to start date 999 mth. This will result in creating the IT 2006 with DEEND = 31.12.9999.
b)Remove your PCR to rollover the entl bal. This will not be required, as the quota bal is avaliable for the empl to still use next year or whenever.
c)For those IT 2006 records which are already created, correct the DEEND to 31.12.9999.
This can be done with a one-off pgm that can be developed quickly. Or use LSMW.
