Hi Nitu
1. Check the IT2006 begda & endda. If endda = 31.12.xxxx of the year when it was created, then to add the balance for the next year's record, you need a IT 2006 for the next year's validity.
2. I have seen a number of posts about carrying forward to next year. Please note it is not required to carry forward the bal at the end of year. If the IT 2006 is created with dedn from date = start date of the record (begda) and dedn end date = 31.12.9999, then the quota balance will be available to be used always.
a)This can be configured as below:
In Validity/deduction interval V_T559D: for the relevant groupings and quota type:
-The validity of the record can be just for one day.
Select
- Valid from = transfer time; valid to = same.
- Relative position from/to - no entry
- Deduction interval should be entl start date to 31.12.9999
- Deduction from:
select: Start of validity interval,
- Deduction to
select: End of validity interval, relative pos 999 months
b) With this config, you don't need the c/f of bal.
You can use LSMW to change the dedn interval end date (P2006-DEEND) in the existing records
