[sap-sem] Error while creating G/L acct by Tcode FS00

Hello SAP Guru's
I am experincing one error while creating G/L acct by Tcode FS00 and not able to get thru it.
I gace reconc acct 142000 and my co code Z106 but when i enter, it gives me the Error FH005 and with internal error code 81621.
Any one has any idea how to fix this error code or any site which can give solution for each error code in SAP?
Thank you so much in advance. I am stuck at this point and can't even create customer.
