Thanks for your replies above in regard to both scenarios.
Its very good informative to me.
I have a simple question here for now... as you said **** SAP already provides a unique doc type when integrating SRM to MM.***
What is that unique Document type name & details.. I do not have client system access at present.
It would help me ..if i can know before..
