Thanks for your message, i do actually use measures for the balanced scorecard , and i have the balanced scorecard working since 2007 very well (just using measures) which define the score for objectives - perspectives - strategy - and scorecard.
But my current problem is that i need to add "Initiatives" to the objectives (no measures, because this has been already used and working fine since 2007).
Initiatives, include a schedule plan, a working team, milestones, dates, and very important -> a "budget".
This budget, as i understood , reads the value (not from measures) but from an standard infocube, called 0SEM_C02.
I have installed the infocube and also the query (from business content). Then i build a bps planning area, and a layout but the values filled are not showed in the UMB_PRES1 (Balanced scorecard presentation transaction).
It only shows the dates, milestones, team members, but the "budget" appears empty. Could anyone please tell me how to fill the budget for an "initiative".
Thanks in advance.

You are right. Values are populated via measure in the SAP SEM suite. Now if you have filled the infocube using SEM-BPS, the data are not available for reporting since the package is not closed. To link the data with measures you will have to attach a report to the "Budget" column. Ensure the capacity to see the values when executing the report. Take care of the variable that could not be filled from the scorecard or report point of view.
Hope this help
with regards
