Hello Folks,
We have a requirement where the Client wants a outlook office mail sent to the user, his boss and IT admin if a user's SAP login ID is locked with the reason i.e. incorrect logon lock or locked by admin.
We are looking for a trigger point or a user exit when a user gets locked using which a report can be developed.
Request you to please suggest at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
