[sap-acct] Remittance Advice

Hi all,
Has anybody ever encountered this? I have two new payment methods that are supposed to generate IDOCS and remittance advice. I use the program RFFOEDI1 with a custom form. The IDOCS are generating fine but not the remittance advice. SAP suggest this issue existed (that after generating IDOCS remittance advice will not print) and provided a solution with OSS note 575235 which suggest will solve the issue. I applied the note but still after successfully generating the IDOCS and EDI accompanying sheets, the remittance advice still is not generated.
Any suggestion or something I might be missing? Appreciated.
