We wrote an ABAP program that ran daily to compare the last Long In date for a user to what the report run date was. if it was more than 50 days, we changed the Valid to date the the current date - 1 which disabled the ID. We could ahve locked the ID but for auditing decided to just to the Valid To date so we would have a quick point of reference. I'll look to see if I have a copu of the code since this was done at a previous employer and I'm Basis/security so no ABAP.
