Hi
1)why you want to have new CR Procedure tell me what is senario-? diffnetly i will guide you something what you looking for--?
2) example if sold a product for 10 USD and customer paid 10 USd and out of that he returned 5 items, here obiously you have to give back to him 5 USD.
customer won't take less than that. correct me if i am worng.
