You should be able to assign EEO-1 characteristics to the jobs you already have. If you go to PO03, click on Settings --> Country-specific infotypes. Choose the "For the following countries" button, and then select US. Once you have done t hat, if you select one of your jobs, you will see an entry for US Job Attributes. Create a new one for each job, and assign EEO Categories, AAP Categories, FLSA status etc. This will save you a lot of time re-defining jobs that probably already work for your organization.
