When you assign transaction PP01 through a role, the system automatically assigns authorization object PLOG for all objects with all levels of authorization (chnage, create, delete, delimit, etc.). To restrict the user to only having access to object type H, on the role you need to change the OTYPE value in the PLOG authorization to H.
