Hi,
Thanks for looking at my post. For Evidence of Insurability, we have different scenarios that should trigger EOI in SAP. However, the configuration cannot handle some of these scenarios. Is there a Badi, user exit, or some other function to add to/override the configuration in order to trigger EOI for these scenarios. (ie. If an employee is a new hire and chooses 3x, but the coverage is more than $200,000, it should create an active IT0168 with 2x and alternative coverage amount of $200,000 populated, as well as create a locked record for the 3x. SAP config cannot accommodate this.)
