Clive,
If you already have correct payroll results for the employee, which your questions suggests that you do, you simply need to post these results. You can probaby use your usual variant for the posting program and add the affected employee's pernr to the selection screen. You may want to manually enter the posting date on the selection screen. Also, if finance has closed the finance period for July 2009, you may need to ask that they open the period for posting.
