You can run RPUCRT0P to recreate CRT from a certain date and employees. It is recommended that you run for all empl to avoid leaving out some empl.
Sometimes (usually beforea EOY) you need to (a)create a new cum.class and change certain w/t's to use this cum cl.
(b)correct the cum cl for one/more w/t.
If the change is from a past date, or if the move to prod gets delayed, the CRT for all or a range of empl needs to be corrected/recreated.
