Hello,
You can take the help of an ABAPer . Ask him to write a prog which
checks if the difference between last logon date and sy-datum is >
than say 20 if yes it will set the usr02-uflag to 64 or 128 for the
concerned user. Schedule this to run in bkground everyday.
