Long term strategy for PM orders include an archiving process. In this process it will collect all orders that meet business closed status and are three years old and set them in a storage area in the server that is linked to the active information. After orders are archived (older then three years) you can retrieve them using the same T-codes as active orders but it will take longer to bring them up. I hope this helps to understand the process.

After closing notification and PM order, data will be transfered to history. My question is from where I can see or which T-code can dispay those history data.Thanks.
