You can stop to create PR by making message error version :00.Appl:06,Message:400

Dear Azhar
Even my Business owner wants, the system, not to allow creating PO with
reference to the same PR, though, PR is closed.
When i discussed with my consultant, They said, that, Std SAP allows you to
create, with same refrence, but you cant see the Qty, that field is null.but
other details of the PR is get copied.
If your having any solution please let me know also.
