This is controlled in the system table (T77S0) group: AUTSW Sem.abbr
ADAYS
It specifies the number of days that a user has access to an employee
when the employee has been moved outside of their authorizations.

We have a role that restrict users access to employee records by
employee group eg a user may only be authorised to see monthly employees
. However when an employee moves onto a new employee group eg Salaried -
the user can still see the employee record.
This seems to be standard functionality to allow access for a certain
time to employees after moving to a new group.
How can we restrict this behaviour?
