hi
I know what consolidation is all about .what i want to know is how this structured be represented in SAP consolidation system . what organization units to be uesd for parent, subidary relationship
e.g: both co code be assigned to separate ''Company''

Sorry, this is not an SAP question. It is a basic accounting
question and your accountants should be able to answer it.
If you do not know basic accounting you should not be
messing around in FI-CO. Leave it to the experts.
