Hi Pankaj,
In vendor bank master data is a field BNKT in which you can enter a code in
order to differency the bank. You might use the cie code nr since the bank
is determined in accordance of the cie code.
You would then need a substitution to fill this field depending in which cie
the document is posted.
You can also use the mass change function in FBL1N in order to populate this
field.
The payment program F110 should then assign the payment to the correct
vendor bank.
