Hi Srinivas ,
This is not true that middle east countries dont have have taxes. Except Saudi Arabia all others are following tax structures.
Saudi also have the contributions for Insurance called GOSI. There is no standard settings for GOSI in SAP system.
I am agree with candicez for sepearte Payroll sytem for country grouping 24.
If any of our friends knows the GOSI setting through standard system may pl suggest his/he views.
