Hi, experts!
I have a material that goes through several stages ( and codes ), and that at the end we want to plan with a fixed qty / week. Our problem is that when mpr runs ( EE -> DD -> CC -> BB -> AA ), over some weeks we needs being cumulated, due to production leadtimes, lotsizes, etc. The outcome is, on the disposition side, a very unbalanced demand that is passed to the supplier and ( most significantly ) that does not correspond to our real need ( ex: several weeks with 0 qty and then a spike of
What kind of simple settings can we do in order to overcome this and simply order the same fixed qty per week of product AA that we produce of product EE?
