Hi Anand,
My understanding is Allauddin have some valuated materials(reside in Company A) need to be provided to sub-contract vendor(reside in Company B). During the issuing of such materials, he required Company B to receive it as "non-valuated"(i.e. from Company B view, these mat'ls belong to their customer)
Allauddin, correct me if I have mis-understand your scenario.
