Do you mean who executed??

Hi everyone,
I have to perform review regarding to access control over SAP HR T-Code (Transaction).
The objective is to check whether the user who created the transaction is authorized or not.
Thus, it will be needed to know what table or infotype should I download which keep the information for the detail transaction including the user.
T-Code under review:
PA40 (Personnel Actions)
PC00_M99_PA03_RELEA (Release Payroll)
PC00_M34_CALC (Start Payroll)
Can anyone help me?
