The valuation with the op'n VALBS use T512W and T510J etc and depends on number and rate.
The w/t /111 does not have number. Hence you can only do the 10% calc only with a rule.
As the w/t /111 is a SAP w/t, you would be safer to write the w/t to the copy w/t say Z111 in a rule, then change the w/t as you need. You can delimit each year the w/t Z111 in V_512W_B with val basis = the percentage you want.
The rule can be as below.
D AMT= /111VALBS?0
* ADDWT *
X TABLE 512WRTE=BGVPROMULTI RAA AMT/100 ADDWT *
