[sap-hr] Unable to generate leave

A new employee was started on the 27 April. However some records were incorrectly entered for the 20 April. all records have been changed to the 27th. There is one exception in IT 2008 where there remains two records one for the 20th and another for the 27th. The employee has been paid correctly since 27 April.
When the PT 60 is run the following message displays"No entry in table T001P for key" meaning need to assign correct personnel area/subarea via PPOME or PO13.
I have checked all these records and they appear to be correct.
Another employee was started on the same day with all the same details, the only difference being position number and their leave has accrued with no issues.
Any advice on where to go next would be helpful. __.____._
