[sap-basis] Database error 942 for XPL (ORA-00942: table or view does not exist )

Dear All,
I am encounter the above issue while I am doing the system checks for one of our client. The below issue is keep on exist in the system for the past 1 week.
I understand the cause of this due to execute an SQL statement that references a table or view that either does not exist, that you do not have access to, or that belongs to another schema and you didn't reference the table by the schema name.
Any idea how do I resolved this issue. My system details are below : Component release :r/3 4.6c Database : oracle 9.2 and os is windows NT
