Please refresh your CPA Cache.
1) If you do not have the authorizations, have your Basis team perform a CPA cache refresh.
http://<hostname>:5xx00/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
In the popup that appears, use XIDIRUSER/pwd
2) If this doesn't work either, advisable to do a complete Cache refresh via SXI_CACHE
3) Sometimes, make a dummy change in the communication channel and activate it after the cache refresh, to reflect it in RWB.
If still not visible:
Have your Basis Team check the SAP XI Applications in Visual Admin and the urls that correspond in there. __.____._
