Hi gurus
 
our client requirement ,in a producion order four operations are existing. if the third operation is external operation, what are all the pre requisites to be defined by the PP team .
 
1. once the second operation is confirmed, the third operation to be done at vendor end. how auto pr is generated for this. the material x is issued to the external operation , and the same materail x is recieved from the vendor but only service amount is paid to the vendor , for this the service amount to be settled to the production order.
 
Pls. give me the clear information.

Hi Gurus,
I need one clarification on the subcontracting process of setup.
My comapny manufacture a product, we need a Bottle (product B) which is subcontracted.
BOM of B |-----> Res1 !----> Chem 1
| !----> Chem 2
|------>Res2
Sub contracting is Mat B, we are providing material Res2 and Chem2 how to configure in BOM,
(I mean to say material provided to vendor for Res2 and for Chem2 what to do...since Res1 is not provided by us)
