Hi,
In BOM, you can keep the base quantity of B as 16 and in item level give 1PC
A.
In that case any order quantity upto 16, system would suggest 1PC A.
When the order quantity is higher than 16, then it will suggest more than
1PC.
For units like Pc, EA, things should work like this. Let me know whether
it solves your problem.
