Thanks Rluja,
I have tried that option before i.e. no predecessor activity. In that
case the conversion from SNP to PPDS orders gives 0 setup time and after
rescheduling also 0 setup time is taken. I already have a default value
of 2 hrs in the routing/PDS which is not been read.Do you have any idea what heuristic and strategy should be used in PP
run and DS.
Thanks,

setup matrix functionality

Hi,Try to delete first two steps for the setup matrix:Predecessor | Successor | TimeNone | G1 | 1.0 HrNone | G2 | 1.5 HrSystem is maybe considering this:Predecessor | Successor | Time* | G1 | 1.0 Hr* | G2 | 1.5 HrIn this way only the fist order of the PP/DS will take the setup time
from the routing/pds.If you already need the:None | G1 | 1.0 HrNone | G2 | 1.5 HrYou can place that values in the routing and system will use themLet me know if this works.Regards,Ra?l
