My client wants to change the material descriptions for finished goods.
They want to create process order and goods movement activities for old material description products till the consumption of stock. They are also intending to start new batch code with new material description projects.
and
Think if the order is e.g. 100 tons and we have an old batch of only 80 tons, then we process the order with the new product code and then you will have to pick it from production after introduction of new material descriptions.
Please suggest how to configure the system as per requirement above.
