you can combine multiple MTO and/or MTS orders. This will give you one
consolidated Production Order that goes to the shop-floor, and the
dependent requirements would be driven from this order.
The goods issues are done against the consolidated Production Order
(Parent Order), while the Goods Receipts are done against the individual
orders (Child Orders).

In my opinion this issue can be solved using development ie. bespoke program, where the program can collate the orders based on certain chars such as size of the cards and arrive at the consolidated order after composing various orders. then you can use the dependent requirement of the composite order for generating raw material requirements.
