The problem is in ZQT2 rule but the values used at the problem stage is not clear.
I suggest you run the time eval with log and then send the log for the PCR or function at the point of failure.
You may also try setting a break point in the operation code where it is failing and go through one statement at a time and diagnose the error. You need ABAP debug skills for this.
