I assume that by customer you mean "Sold-To"
How about if you try VA05 and then export to Excel Pivot table
Then you could filter out the document types you do not want (Like Credit Memos or Returns)
then using Order Creation date and Quantity as columns (and Sold-to as a Row) and Quantity as Summarized ... then you should see each sold-to row with the quantity processed by each Date/Column ... so you could see which ones do not have Sales Orders by a date range
