I would recommend the following:
1) Set up a Storage Type with Fixed Bin putaway (SPRO > LE > WM > Master Data > Define Storage Type). If this is a new storage type, you will also need to create a new Storage Section.
2) Create some bins in this storage type.
3) Allocate these bins to your materials in the material master WM2 view.
4) Update the Wm/IM interface (SPRO > LE > WM > Interfaces > Inventory Management > Define Movement Type > LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management) so that the 101 (GR) movement creates the transfer orders immediately.
