Absolutely right for those two, by the way, may I ask why would you need to copy PRD to DEV ?

I have a 2 system landscape, DEV 222 QTY 333 in one server and PRD 444 on one server.
I did client copy form 444 PRD to 333 QTY.
If I do the client copy from 444 PRD to 222 DEV will there be any problems?
