Hope someone here can help me. We have a couple of materials in Warehouse which should have putaway strategy as follows: 1. Each material should have a fixed bin with certain capacity. For example, material XYZ with fixed bin:BIN123 which can store maximum of 100 pieces of material XYZ. 2. If quantity for material XYZ is more than 100 pieces (let us say 150pcs), system should recommend fixed bin:BIN123 for 100 pcs and remaining quantity should go to another bin (which is not a fixed bin). Non-fixed bins will have limited capacity also. 3. Preferred capacity check should be neutral numbers (should not depend on unit of measure). 4. Any material can be stored in non-fixed bins (of course capacity check should apply for all materials). 5. We do not have storage unit management activated. We do not keep inventory in storage units. I am struggling for a solution for a couple of days. Hope someone here can guide me with a solution. Please list all necessary configurations and master data set up. Really appreciate your help. Little bit urgent. Thanks, Venkat | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
