Material ABC456 = 12 units per case
Current material determination, if customer orders ABC123 replace with ABC456.
The material determination is swapping out with correct part. The issue is, SAP only replaces half the qty ordered. I think it's because the customer is ordering in units.
Example customer orders 96 units of ABC123 (24 units per case) = 4 cases. SAP replaces with ABC456 (12 units per case) = 2 cases, but in fact SAP should be replacing with 8 cases of ABC456. Is it because the customer is ordering in units?
If a customer places an order in cases and not units the material determination works fine. The example above only affects customers ordering by unit.
