Hello Mike,

Yes you can.

Set them up as normal and then have a post tax wage type deduction to get the Net Pay to Zero.

The wage type should go to the same GL code and Cost Centre as the Monthly Salary so in effect the Company Cost is only the Tax.

Subject: GB Payroll, Can a Person Be Taxed But Non-Payable?

Hi All,

Is it possible to have someone set up so that payroll calculates the tax on their monthly salary but does not pay the person anything, and the tax is included in the normal way for everyone else in the reports to the HMRC through Real Time Information.

Thanks and regards

Mike
