As mentioned by jlu034 is correct. I want to enhance your knowledge. In ME5A
report, one field is for Status it shows reference of PR to RFQ and PO as
in example
N ~ Stands for Not Edited in given PR (still pending for RFQ and PO)
A ~ Stands for RFQ (Request for Quotation )
B ~ Stands for Purchase Order
you can build your layout with this parameter also.

Hi Davis,
Try ME5A. This report lists all PR and PO refer to PR. If PO created, then
PO number will be display in this report. In case "PO" column is blank,
then PO not generated yet. You can build variant report with all parameters
required. You should input "ALV" for "scope of list" to get this report
in Excel sheet.
