Not as big PS consultant, but wouldn't this be under one project?

Subject: Project Scheduling With Activities Across Multiple Project

Dear Experts,
I am currently working on SAP PS fit-gap assessment project. Would like to know, if SAP PS allows scheduling of "inter-dependent" activities belonging to different projects.
Lets say, there are two projects - Project A for "Retrofitting of Plant A" and Project B for "Construction of Plant B".
Scenario: Packing machine from existing Plant A will be dismantled and sent to Plant B.
Activity 1 (Project A) : Dismantle Packing Machine in Plant A and Send to Plant B
Activity 2( Project B) : Receive and Install Packing Machine at Plant B
As Activity 2 is dependent on Activity 1 (though they belong to different projects - perhaps belonging to different CoCd also) ; would it be possible in SAP PS to define the Basic/Schedule/Actual Start Date of Activity 2 based on Basic/Schedule/Actual Finish Date of Activity 1.
Is this scenario possible using standard Network Scheduling function ?
Regards
