Are you referring to Vendor account maintenance, or to GL account maintenance?

What are some of the problems if any if account maintenance is performed on a purchase order before it reaches it life cylcle? the account maintenance is performed but then the buyer comes back and says wait I am not done with this PO (waiting on vendor invoices, have to book more good reciepts, etc.). will the account maintenance cause problems moving forward as invoices are posted, good reciepts are booked, and then account maintenance is performed when the Purchase order truly is complete? |
