I suppose this question is addressed to me. I had no experience of SAP
earlier. I also had no experience in HR.
But I had designed software packages for payroll and HR before doing the
certification.
Indian employer are reluctant to hire persons with advance age. Because
many a times managers are in the age group of 30 to 40 years and not
willing to take senior person with them due to probably fear of
competition.
