Back up does not happen that often.
One way is to
a) Document or save the changes made in the transport to another client like sand pit.
b) Undo the changes and save it in a new TR. It is advisable to test this change in Dev test client.
c) Move the changes to prod only. It is possible to avoid moving to Test / other systems. Basis needs to be involved in this one-off special procedure.
d) Redo the changes in a new TR and move both the original TR and then the new TR in sequence to any system/client as required.

Dear Team,

I have imported the wrong TR into our production server. Please suggest me to revert the TR back.
