Only thing is make sure you are entering the same skipped number when rehiring. pa30 you can create the ITs which are missed for the employee or while hiring you can also maintain a om structure thru which you can check whether the positions are allotted to each personnel numbers or not when hire you ll get holder in the position and numbers. If not go to pa40 enter the personnel numbers missed, execute and hire for the same position which you require.
In pA40 when you fill ITs , due to improper hiring actions, numbers gets skipped.when you rehire it will automatically take the next number.
