When doing FCH8 the cheque number, among other fields, is mandatory.
However the system needs to know from which house bank the cheque has been
issued since you may have the same cheque number issued by different banks.
Therefore in the FCH8 screen you also need to enter the house bank. This
field may not be marked as mandatory but the system needs an input.
