Hi PK

Check
a)payroll area control record has earliest pay period = the go live pay period
b)Any employee has IT 3 with
- earliest pay start date = pay period start date start date corresponding to his/her latest start in service. An employee may terminate and start again with the company. However this date should be the pay period start date correspond to the latest service start.
- PDC recalc date also should be not before the latest service start.

regards, JG

Subject: Legacy Pay Results Have Deleted by System

Dear Gurus,

Legacy pay results from April 2011 to Han 2012 were uploaded in to system and Payroll run with schema INLK was given and Payroll were matched through Salary sheet and Pay slip

Presently when I run the Payroll for Feb month with live schema IN00, found that Legacy Payresults from April 2011 to Nov 2011 have been deleted by system by its own. Only Dec 2011 and Jan 2012 are available in system

If any one has experienced this, please share the probable resion of this process or this is system error

Kindly suggest

Regards
Peekay
